Youth Weightlifting & Strength Training for Sports
Your child will learn proper lifting technique in the Power Clean, Squat, Bench, Deadlift and accessory movements, that will enhance athletic performance for other sports, improve confidence and self-esteem, and lower risk of injury. Our programs are designed for athletes, ages 8-17 years old.
We offer the following options:
Class meets 3x/week: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 4:30pm.
1-on-1 (private) sessions
Team Training sessions
