FREE Youth Intro to Weightlifting
This is a FREE, 60-minute class for Youth Beginners (ages 8-17) who want to learn more about weightlifting and how to get strong!
What we will do in class:
We’ll cover some basics of the sport.
Get on a platform to go over the movements using PVC pipes or empty barbells.
Q&A!
