Youth Weightlifting & Strength Training

Your child will learn proper weightlifting technique in the Olympic lifts (snatch and clean & jerk) and accessory movements, enhance athletic performance for other sports, improve confidence and self-esteem, and lower risk of injury.

  • Class meets 3x/week: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 4:30pm.

  • This program is for ages 8-17 years old.
