If you are new to Olympic Weightlifting or Powerlifting, this option is for you! We will teach you the fundamentals of Olympic Weightlifting or Powerlifting through private 1-hour sessions.
This is for athletes with experience in Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, or Strength & Conditioning and who want to get stronger and improve overall technical proficiency in their respective lifts. All athletes will be evaluated to confirm a requisite level of technical proficiency.
