If you are new to Olympic Weightlifting or Powerlifting, this option is for you! We will teach you the fundamentals of Olympic Weightlifting or Powerlifting through private 1-hour sessions.
This is for athletes with experience performing Olympic Weightlifting or Powerlifting and who want to get stronger and improve overall technical proficiency in their respective lifts. All athletes will be evaluated to confirm a requisite level of technical proficiency.
